Ask Thatch

Ask Thatch is a support tool inside the Thatch dashboard that answers your benefits questions and connects you to licensed advisors. To use Ask Thatch, look for the help button in the lower-right corner of the dashboard.

Ask Thatch can help with questions about:

  • How to set up or navigate your Thatch account
  • Understanding your Thatch balance and how it can be used
  • Comparing health insurance plans available to you
  • Enrolling in or changing your coverage
  • Qualifying life eventsqualifying life event (QLE). A change in life—such as marriage, birth, or loss of other coverage—that may allow employees to change benefits mid-year. (QLE) and when you can make plan changes
  • Qualifying medical expenses (QME) and reimbursements
  • Medicare eligibility and onboarding
